My scam report has had no response?

I made a scam report against a user a week or so ago and have no replies from staff?
Is this the usual or have I been missed by accident?

Is there someone I can contact to look into this for me?

This scam report https://www.mc-market.org/threads/512346/ was created 1 week ago and just got a reply, give it some time.

scam report can take a lot of time to be responded 2 due to the fact there are not a lot of scam resolves and a lot of scam reports made daily
