I'm trying to improve my Youtube video's and mabye one day. Sell my video's here to make that cash-money. First i need to make good video's.
I was hoping that you guys could give me suggestions as alot of you have alot of subscribers.

It does not sound HQ, it's not a massive problem, just something to keep in-mind (don't shout too loud, etc...).
