Don't reply with 'Bump' or anything to get the post to bump, there is a button at the top right called [Bump] and you can do it every 24 hours.

video feels really choppy and laggy what are you using to record? also whats your render settings that could be the problem

Overall its pretty good its just choppy and on youtube you won't grow with choppy videos
