Wich one would you recommend you recommend for a beginner server as they basicly look the same.

MyBB is rather old. If you are looking for something free, I would recommend checking out something newer like esoTalk, Vanilla Forums, Flarum, or NodeBB. All of these are free and open source. xenforo is definitely the best I have seen though.

Honestly I know enjin is shit but for startups if you get a good designer it is great looking and what 8$ a year I think so yeah...
