MySQL fix

Hi,
So I've been trying to setup mysql by my self for my machine.
But every time I try to connect it with my plugin I get this error message:

[08:42:01] [Server thread/WARN]: java.sql.SQLException: null, message from server: "Host 'ns313232112.ip-51-xx-xx.eu' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"

I'm in need of someone that is able to fix this issue.
Budget: around 4$
OS: Centos 7

did you bind the ip to 0.0.0.0 and grant that user permission to log in from '%'?

mysql from default does not allow connection except localhost, make sure you are connecting from localhost and not the public IP.

I'm not that good with linux / centos stuff, I'd like to pay for anyone that can fix this issue for me.
