MySQL/Multicraft Not working right 10$ REWARD FOR SOLUTION

PLUGIN ERROR with correct login gives this error.

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

First one tell give me a solution gets 10$. I think it has something to do with the fact its trying to connect via UNIX socket. Give me details on how to fix I will pay you.
