follow the TOS at all times

I think you should include the TOS so people know what they are before they apply and also, add more information about your server for example: Is it open yet? If yes, then what is its playerbase?, What is unique about your server?

First off, holey shit, thats a lot of staff. 28 staff members open? How many players do you have, 3,000? And whats up with the staff ranks... Trial mod, senior mod, jr admin, sr admin, those are all useless ranks. Why not just Helper, Moderator Admin?
