I have tons of experience with Hardcore Factions, What will get in return if I apply for a Developer? If it's Buycraft %, Good luck finding people.

This is a good start for a server who just started.
So far they're remaining professional to other people.

Well then, from what I can see above, it looks like that this server is not going anywhere if your going to people such little into the way you made the Staff Application format look like. In my opinion, just take this post down and use a little bit of professional tips to make it look better then it does now!
