Plugin Name: Loot Chests

Plugin Description:

Similar to the loot chests in wynncraft, where they spawn in set locations and they have particle effects on them, then delete themselves after being looted. Basically, i would be able to mark a location for a chest by placing the starting chest, this chest would have the random inventory generated when placed (based off of items i can configure, including meta data), and that spot would be marked as a respawn location. Every x minutes it will regen, and if needed i can shift break the chest to permanently remove it from spawning there.

Plugin Commands:

/lootchests reload (reloads the config)
/lootchests create (name) (generates a blank loot chest that i can modify in the config)
/lootchests give (loot chest name) (gives the player a loot chest to place down, and when placed down that location will be marked to respawn)
/lootchests delete (name) (removes the named loot chest from the config)

Plugin Permission nodes:

lootchests.access.(chest name) (allows for the opening of x chest)
lootchests.admin (allows you to use the lootchests commands)
