MysticHQ Looking for Staff and another Owner and Manager

MysticHQ is an upcoming Minecraft Network. We are focusing on KitMap for now, however, once we finish that gamemode and have a sufficient amount of developers, builders, and staff, we hope to soon add Practice and HCF into the Network

What are we looking for?
We are looking for the following: Owner (1), Manager , (2) Developers , (2) Platform Admins , (1) Senior Admin (1), Administrators (3) and Moderators (5). Any other staff positions may be discussed privately.
Please note all of these positions are currently voluntary; you will not be paid. As a Developer, you will not be paid as of right now, however, we may discuss payment if you prove yourself and have shown a lot of dedication and contribution. The same goes for Builders and possibly staff members.

Staff Requirements (Administrator, Manager, Moderator)

You must be over the age of 14. (Rare exceptions will be made for mature individuals.)
You must have a Discord account, a microphone, and be comfortable enough to speak.
You must be able to join any interviews and/or future staff meetings.
You must be fluent in English or at least understandable. We want to understand what our staff team is saying so we can take anything they say into account.
You must dedicate at least 4 hours of your week to the server, otherwise, you will be demoted or severely punished. (If you are busy, that's okay. Let someone know.)

Owner Requirements

You must contribute financially and be active. If you want more information about the server, feel free to add anyone in the Management team.

You must have some sort of past experience in Management, Administration, and/or Development. A resume would be amazing if you have one.

Meet all of the requirements for staff, however, you must be over the age of 15.
Willing to invest $100 +
