MystixCraft: New Server in early development, Staff Needed (builders, configurators, creative minds and talent needed)

MystixCraft has not left the womb yet, its a server still under development still. but we need people to aide in its growth. trying to a build a fun and engaging community.

MystixCraft is going to become a place where people of all ages can come and have something to enjoy. Our early stages of development involve getting together our spawn for the survival economy world and putting together the lobby world in preparation for the prison server, and skyblock server. As well as setting up the plugins and server features and permissions. I already have a configurator working on some of the configurations, but in the long run It would be great to have a dedicated server configurator.

Workers will be assigned tasks. opportunity for both paid and unpaid work.

JOBS NEED (for Pre-Release Team):

-Senior Builder/Build Supervisor
-Builder(s)
-Configurator(s) / Developer(s)

(Release Team):
-Media management/Server Out Reach
-User Communication Moderator
-Administer (must be 18 years or older or have 2 years of server admin experience)

Qualifications
- Workers must be willing to dedicate the time to work on the tasks they've agreed to do in a timely manner
- Workers must have at least 1 year of inconsistent experience, or a minimum of 6 months consistent experience in his/her/their field
- All workers must be over the age of 16 (18 if you're applying for admin)
- Workers must be active at least once a week, unless given notice or if your role no longer is required in active development
- Workers must have the maturity to conduct themselves in a rational, respectful, and sensitive manner. (zero tolerance for hate speech what so ever)

Preferences:
-Creative people, who can articulate their creativity in useful and impactful ways
-Builders with firm understanding of worldedit
- knowledge of Trello, (what we will be using to monitor our progress of development)
