Mythic Drops Balanced Tier Config

I'm looking for a balanced Mythic Drops tier config that works with EnchantsPlus plugin with the following requirements

Common - No Enchantments (White Color) [Wood Items]
- No Sockets
Uncommon - No Enchantments (Light Gray Color) [Stone-Iron Items]
- No Sockets
Sturdy - 1-2 Vanilla Enchantments - (Light Blue Color) [Stone-Iron Items]
- 1 Socket
Exquisite - 1-3 Vanilla Enchantments - (Dark Green) [Iron-Gold Items]
- 1-2 Sockets
Tormented - 1-4 Vanilla Enchantments + 1 EnchantsPlus Enchants (Blue) [Iron-Gold Items]
- 1-2 Sockets
Hellish - 1-4 Vanilla Enchantments + 1-2 EnchantsPlus Enchants (Light Red) [Iron-Gold Items]
- 1-3 Sockets
Legendary - 1-4 Vanilla Enchantments + 1-3 EnchantsPlus Enchants (Gold) [Iron-Diamond]
- 1-4 Sockets
Mythic - 1-6 Vanilla Enchantments + 1-3 EnchantsPlus Enchants (Dark Aqua) [Diamond]
- 1-6 Sockets
