Hi, I didn't know where to put this (I don't know if this is the correct spot for this as I am requesting staff + suggestions) but I'd like to give a shot, MythicalPvP has been my server for quite a while, I've reset it and lost and gained quite a few playerbases over a year or so, I just didn't know how to own a server very well, but I've learned 
ABOUT THE SERVER:
MythicalPvP is a fully custom factions server running on PaperSpigot 1.8.8 with cannoning for the most part fixed, and custom enchantments and other features such as :
JSON Chat (Hover over to see Balance, Bounty, Faction)
Edited Essentials Messages
Over 50+ Custom Enchantments (Not off spigot, made by me)
Custom Combat Timer System
Custom /confirm for a better donation system
/withdraw plugin for better trading with in-game items
/trade with other players
Envoy System
/f balance <player,faction> to see the combined balance of the players in that faction.
Custom Built Warzone and spawn by me (I know it might look a bit bad, I try and get better at building and my terraforming skills!) Please give suggestions if you'd like to see anything added to it, I'd be happy to make it look better
I know custom enchantments and stuff related to it throw a lot of people off because of servers like :
CosmicPvP and TreasureWars but I honestly love the idea of them, it adds a sort of satisfaction unobtainable with regular vanilla kills to see the nice colors and all the enchants and know you can go out with your faction and compete in longer, more complex fights. I made these myself in Skript and that is often looked down upon, I honestly want to do Java, I started taking a class in High School for it but haven't obtained the required experience to make plugins of this size yet. The server runs great with all the plugins, It's been tested with about 40 people 6-7 months ago when my plugins were more laggy and poorly coded, I've optimized a lot of them and cut 50% or more of the code down. If you'd like to apply for staff on the forums, we do have XenForo, It's really bland, and once I get some donations I'd love to buy some art and maybe another style set.

I know this forum post probably is written poorly and all over the place and such, but I haven't ever done this, so please forgive me If you'd like to add my Skype to talk about anything server related, or anything it is krazy_dev
And if you think anything is too over saturated I'd love to know suggestions that you think could be better replacements and would suit the server better and make people more happy, thanks for reading this, if you think I should add/remove anything from the forum post please tell me, thanks. ~ Krazy
