MythicMobs modification

Hello there,

I need some modifications done on the MythicMobs plugin, well let's say more features.
Can someone add this to me, state your price and time it would take :
ADD :
- A timer, let's say 10 means that the mob will spawn every 10 sec
- The minimum players that need to be online until the mob spawns
- The number of mobs that spawns in after that 10 sec
- A region you can set up where the mobs will spawn
