Introduction & Details​

Greetings, I am Frosty as you can see. I have been through around 3 owners since my server has been released. I have had no luck they are experienced enough but not active at all and contacting them is a hassle. I need an owner who is dedicated, experienced, mature. I am just stating the obvious here. My server is an OP Prison server it has been opened for around 2 weeks. I have made around 65-70 US. The player-base is around 5-10 daily which is not bad since I started I had no YouTubers or streamers on the server yet I have been using mainly PlanetMinecraft. Payment wise you will receive a payment after the server is stable enough to stand on its two legs without any difficulty. I will pay you 25-30% of donations after server costs. As my partner you will own 30% of MythicPrison.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 15 years of age.
At least 2 years of experience running or managing a server.
Able to use Skype via voice chat.
Able to put some money into the server (Not Required but i'd prefer if you could) (Server Costs, Advertisement, Graphics etc.)

Ok, your starting a server. Most people here, are wanting payment which you are providing. But, you can't insure that you will get a stable player base. Also, most people are paid staff members. They are paid for their services and not always wanting to put any payment into the server.

I understand that but I am not asking for hundreds or dollars. Like honestly maybe 10-20 dollars for advertisement here and there. Its not a whole lot.
