Greetings Minecrafters! I am a Council Member at a new Community called MyVariety and we are looking for specific individuals to be Mentors within our Community. You may ask your self what is a Mentor and what do they do.
Well here is the information you need.
What is a Mentor?
The Mentor position is a very important position. The primary focus of a Mentor is the Members.
What do Mentors do?
They are here to handle conflicts between members, enforce Community Rules, and provide members with support whether it be by answering a members question or pointing them in the right direction to get their account or Membership issues resolved. Mentors are more than just that, they also are here to mentor members by being there for members to look up to and come to in a time of need. Mentors will also provide the Council with Member Feedback, ensure that Members are having a great experience, take charge in helping recruit new members and grow the Community, and help with keeping Members involved with the Community.
We are looking for individuals who are at least 14 years old and want to help out our Community.
