I am the Owner of the Myzenic Minecraft Server. The Server is new & needing a cool, great & awesome Staff that willing to work with me. The server has lots of unique for features. I also like it if the Staff can invite players to play on the Server. In the future, These 2 Staff Rank will be paid monthly if they act to work. A couple pointers I'd like to show;

1. The thread title should have a [Requesting] tag, not a [Offering].
2. We don't know what kind of server it is which is kind of a determining factor for people looking for places to work.
3. Usually staff member's do not invite players to a server, that's what advertisements are for.
4. Being paid by player donations is a "what if" scenario, because there's no guarantee there will even be donations.
5. The thread seems thrown together relatively fast, and sloppy in my opinion, so I suggest you make it more appealing so that potential staff members see actual opportunity.
6. You can look at other recruitment threads to get an idea of what topics to include.
