I run a community called Dragon's Haven which has grown quite a bit within a month now the biggest thing I am lacking is plugins which leaves me with no monetization. I am looking for someone who is willing to set up the plugins & do the development work for the servers in return for a part of what the server makes. I'd pay for someone to do a server setup for me but right now I lost trust & can't seem to find anyone willing enough to join alongside me in this. I also spend currently my max outta pocket on the server without affecting my family. I am looking for someone mature & has good experience/knowledge.
