If I purchased a server from you, would I be able to give other users access to the control panel, without giving them full control over the server or giving them my account details? So they would be able to manage and manipulate the server as I would be able to, but not delete or upgrade the server etc.

We do not offer that but we do offer 1.8 spigot (the same thing, with performance enhancements.), you can select it from our jar selector.

How is it my 8gb of ram server is using 29% of its memory and 14% of its CPU with SPIGOT and no players online or plugins on the server?[DOUBLEPOST=1462741649][/DOUBLEPOST]Not to mention I cant connect to ftp using FileZilla...[DOUBLEPOST=1462741746][/DOUBLEPOST]And you only have two jar file options? With no knowledgebase to tell me how to use a custom one..

Guys, would you rather use Spigot 1.8 or Spigot 1.9? (we don't DO craftbukkit or spigot 1.9.2. And plus, somehow our servers running spigot take up the exact same amount of resources empty as a full craftbukkit server! seems legit!)

Multicraft is generally inaccurate when measuring CPU and RAM usage. You need to install Essentials and use /lag for more accurate results including TPS (which servers generally rely on). This is not the case with just WulfHosting either; you can go up to any other host and have the same problem of having an initial ram usage of up to even 100% while Essentials and in-game players state otherwise.

You get your FTP Client Info from the Multicraft Control Panel... how do you connect if you haven't touched the control panel yet and retrieved your credentials? (the link I've given you above).

I actually don't know this one. I'm pretty sure that you select custom jar and upload your "custom.jar" inside the base directory of your server or something. I mean, you don't really need a knowledge base for this; you can figure it out yourself based on the error logs...

Overall, good host but according to spigot developers on spigot irc

Also, according to a spigot irc moderator, MySQL databases deny connections. Idk what this means, but he checked my username and password and tried to login to a database for me and said "get a new host."

All that means is your mysql is denied for the short time because we were doing some maintenance. Just open a ticket about it and it will get enabled ASAP.

Also note this is a sales forum, not a support forum.

That's... Not right... I've spent 8 hours trying to get this to work, fighting with spigot developers. But you cant tell me that you are down for maintenance? And I have to make a ticket to get back up?

I saw this and wanted to correct this, but I didn't see any Spigot staff say anything regarding this. IRC has hundred of regular members, everyone I saw that was talking to you about your issues were not official staff members.

Hi Sir,

You need to contact your host directly. This is a sales thread and not a support thread. In other words, posting your problems here won't fix them. I would open a support ticket over at your billing panel and patiently wait for a answer.

Also, just to let you know- not all advice over at the SpigotIRC might be valid and or helpful.
