Lets say someone made a new account. in the future they don't like the name anymore. and they should be able to change it once.

That seems alittle unfair. To have a feature most if not all forums have for free. You not allowing this is going to cause alting and boosting rep.

Spigot charges the same amount for name changes; but to be honest, I don't care what "most if not all forums" do. It's perfectly fair for every forum to be their own forum.
As a staff member, I'm pretty sure I have a good idea of what this will cause, and what it has caused.
Rest assured I and the staff team I'm a part of will ban the alts and issue warnings unto the offenders, as we always have.

Thanks for your concern though.

To speak from personal experience, my previous Spigot name was xYourFreindx.
I was so disgusted by that name and wanted so badly to change it to the same name I have everywhere else "Justis R", that I was willing to pay $10 for it; and I did.
I only changed my name once, but that's what I needed, and that's why I spent the $10

Having handled hundreds of support requests, and not too few being about something similar, I can say with certainty that the same situation does happen here.
To many people the difference in changing their name once and changing their name infinite times is not all that great.
