Name of a Plugin

Hello,

I am wondering what the name of the plugin is where you can make them villager shops with different items.

Its like the villager trading GUI in normal Minecraft however you can change the Villager to decided what you trade with and what for.

This would be really helpful if someone knew this. Please note it is not CommandsNPC's.
