Is there any reason for this? Its always saying "Check connection" or "check your antivirus."

He's saying he can't open the site because his IP is banned. I can't open it either, because I got banned, but then unbanned (but only on 1 IP, so my school is still blocked but my home is unblocked)

i know, that's what i told him
as for my ban, it was for availability checker abuse, but i got unbanned (only on one of the 2 networks I use) and the rules were changed
