cosmic client (my suggestion), cheatbreaker disconnected from the cb servers (private atm), lunar client, ocmc
i use Forge and idk why other people don't unless they have a poopoo pc (back when i did, i used cosmic)

personally I use lunar client, its smooth and easy to use, however only supports 1.7.10, if your looking for another one that's 1.8, I honestly just recommend 1.8 forge with all you mods you want.

Lunar is 1.7.10 only, they do not have a 1.8.9 version. If you are looking for a good client I would really suggest to stick with BLC or switch to Pvplounge client. Pvplounge is currently version 1.7.10 but from what I've heard they are adding a 1.8.9 version really soon.

If you're looking for Hypixel/Factions clients then you can use Hyperium. It's mostly built for Hypixel but I occasionally use it for factions. There is also 5zig and Laby Mod
