Hello Users,

I am the leader of a Discord community for finding competitive teams, P.U.Gs, and other fun events related to your favorite game! We are currently only a community for the game Overwatch, however I am looking for staff to help me run multiple servers. Please do read up on the available roles, and keep in mind that we are looking for professionals, not people that just want to be in a position of power on a server.

I can provide a more detailed description as per request, however I want to keep it short, sweet, and to the point.

Positions Available:
Positions available, these are in order from most to least demanding.

Division Leader (Overwatch):
1 Position Available

You will be responsible for your devision of the community, you will be in charge of creating a fun environment for our users, and helping with development of the discord, and staff team.

• Must be very professional
• Must have experience with discord development, and setups
• Must be able to help development of the community
• Must be willing to develop a new community
• Must have a Microphone

Division Leader (Other):
Unlimited Positions Available

You will be responsible for the creation of a devision of the community, you will be in charge of creating a fun environment for our users, and helping with development of the discord, and staff team.

• Must be very professional
• Must have experience with discord development, and setups
• Must be able to help development of the community
• Must be willing to develop a new community
• Must have a Microphone

Advertising Manager (Overwatch):
1 Position Available

You will be responsible for finding members for our community using any means available to yourself, you will be provided a budget, however it would be preferred to use free methods.

• Must have some form of experience advertising for a server, website, or other in the past
• Must be very professional
• Must have at least some connection to an outlet such as: A Youtuber, a large group of sorts, or something else.
• Must be capable of keeping the player count rising until a server is self-sufficient by word of mouth.

Moderator (Overwatch):
3 Positions Available

You will be responsible for keeping the community clean, and upholding the network's rules in a reasonable, and effective manor. We want to create the most friendly environment for our users, and your job is to make sure that statement is upheld.

• Must be willing to work in a large community of users
• Must be able to dedicate a good portion of time to the community
• Must be willing to uphold the rules above your own biases
• Must be able to keep a level head in stressful situations
