Name transfering

Hey, I was wondering if name transfering, as in transfering an og name to a new secure account, is still a thing. I’ve seen people do it before because they’re afraid of previous owners trying to take the account back via TID.

Is there a service that does this? If so, who and is it worth the risk in your personal opinion?
