NameMC Custom Known Skins

I've noticed that some Minecraft accounts have unique designs on their "known skins" listed on the NameMC website. If you don't understand what I mean by this, check user "F5" or "Night" on NameMC, and you'll see in their "known skins" one has a Naruto design, while the other has the word "night" written out.

Does anybody know a website / know of somebody that is able to do this? Thanks.
