Likely Namemc will just remove whatever you paid for and freeze it so its stuck at 0 take this account for example who view botted and is now permanently stuck at 0 https://namemc.com/profile/Bomb.2 I wouldn't recommend doing this its not really the most efficient way to get your server out there and puts you at risk which is why you see no other server doing this.
