NameMC Vote Plugin

Looking for a NameMC vote checker plugin.

First off, I need this within the next 8 hours. This is paid, if you'd like.

Plugin must:
- check if the player has voted or not on playerJoinListener
- be extremely optimized
- make sure "Execute-Commands-If-Voted" only gets run the first time they vote (unless they unvote and revote)
- consist of /vote (gives the link to namemc vote)
- consist of /checkvote (checks if a player is currently voted)
- have a %player% variable for config
- store data via mysql
