Names not showing up correctly in game

Hello,

So I have a problem on my server where players are joining and it's saying a name in the tab that is not their correct name. I am using CraftBukkit Version git-spigot-21fe707-e1ebe52 MC 1.8.8. If anyone has any information on why this is happening please let me know.
