My Name is Zack and I am the Senior VP of Network Management at NarcoWars, a MC Network that has been around for a very long time that is revamping itself to adapt to the current MineCraft Universe! At NarcoWars we have many server gamemodes that are either already released, or are in the road map for release. Those servers consist of...
- GTA Factions (Factions w/ Drugs)
- GunGames
- Factions (Custom plugins, custom crates, custom weapons, and anything and everything imaginable)
- Prison (Custom Crates, Mines, Maps, and Twists)
- And many more servers that we are planning on adding!
ALL OF OUR SERVERS HAVE A CUSTOM TEXTURE PACK
What are we looking for?
We are looking for players and staff to help us revamp our server and bring it back to the name and reputation that is once used to have. Our existing players and staff are a community that is willing and able to do anything to make you feel welcome and happy to be a part of such a great network. Our staff system consists of 5 basic levels, Executives, Administration, Global Staff, Concentrated Staff, and Trial Staff. Our Executives are the staff members who either own the server, or are staff members that play a significant role in running the server. You can view our entire staff structure by clicking here.
- Our Executive Team consists of our Owner, Artfcl_Intlgnce , and our Senior Vice President of Network Management, myself. Between the two of us we have over 11 years of experience in Network Management, Network Development, Leadership, and all of the basic skills it takes to run a Network or Organization of any kind.
- The next tier of staff we have is our Administration Team. This Administration Team consists of 5 Vice Presidents, and 3 Directors. Each Vice President (In-Game Rank = Admin) over seeing one of our departments that happen inside & outside of the mainstream network activity. While our 3 Directors (In-Game Rank = Sr. Mod) assist those Vice Presidents by running smaller divisions in those departments. Our Administration Team not only handles everything in their department or division, but also runs our assets in game and are fully involved with the network and community as a whole.
- The next tier of staff we have is our Global Staff Team. Our Global Staff (In-Game Rank = Mod) monitor and administer everything that happens across all of our servers in our network, as well as participating as a member of one of the departments that run assets on our networks, as seen in the staff structure above. Each Global Staff Member is required to be a part of one department and participate in the responsibilities that go with that position, as well as all responsibilities that are required within being a Global Staff Member in game.
- The next tier of staff we have is our Concentrated Staff Team. Our Concentrated Staff (In-Game Rank = Helper) are Trail Staff that have passed their stage as a Trial Staff and promoted to a full-fledged member of the NarcoWars Team. These staff members are to choose one gamemode from our network, and that is the gamemode that they are assigned to. While being assigned to this gamemode they are required to monitor all activity on this sever and do everything that a staff member on any other server would be asked to do. Our Concentrated Staff are not able to be a part of any extra departments and are only able to have staff abilities on their assigned gamemode.
- The last and final tier of staff we have is our Trial Staff Team. Our Trial Staff (In-Game Rank = Trainee) are provisionally assigned to a gamemode of their choosing and are given the same responsibilities as a Helper, but are heavily monitored and mentored by our Moderators that are in the Mentoring Team of our Staff Coordination Department. Each Trial Staff Member will be assigned a Mentor be either the VP of Staff Coordination or the Director of Mentoring. The Trial period lasts anywhere from 2 - 6 Weeks.
