Basic summary of what I want:
I want a plugin where certain actions in game will cause buffs, damage opponents and use up a sort of in-game currency. These actions can be right clicking the air with an empty hand, hitting someone with an enchanted snowball or maybe wearing a certain piece of armour with a certain name. These actions will cause damage, particle effects and maybe some potion effects to the user and enemy when used. For example, if you right click air with a blaze rod it will shoot a fire particle that does damage. I want different justus for all chakra natures like fire, earth, wate, wind, lightning. The version I will be using this plugin on is 1.16.3.
I also would like a chakra control ability where a user can walk on water or walls.
