I am offering to sell this spawn i built for a quite cheap price.
This is a completely custom spawn that has never been in use at all and it includes:
Custom trees, center building, good level of detail with natural look due to proper colour scheme and a small underground section with room for shops or similar.
I am aware of the fact of this being a small spawn, but in comparison to many spawns offered on here I am sure that it can be categorized in the higher quality section.
In case you are interested in this spawn, feel free to bid on it starting quite low.
(I can either send you a schematic of the build, or the world its on which includes it to already be integrated into the terrain around it smoothly)
