Naturalize area around spawn

Hello,
I am looking for someone to come in and naturalize the area around my server's spawn.

It is currently just a large square pasted in with world edit. The surrounding terrain has water, hills and flatlands that just come to a halt against the square pasted in spawn. I am not looking for anything intense, my server is just starting out, just someone to make it look not like garbage.

My budget for this is $10.00
