I am looking for a simple navigation bar for someone to make for me. I have a look that I want and the colors too.

Colors:
Primary Color - #9933CC
Secondary Color - #aa66cc

What I want it to look like.

Instead of the things on the right I want the navbar nav links to be over there and the "Navbar" and the link to not be all the way to the edges of it I want them to be a little spaced from the sides. Also, I want this to be sticky to the top of the page and full width.

I DO NOT WANT A BOOTSTRAP NAVBAR IF IT IS BOOTSTRAP SEPERATE THE CSS FROM THE MAIN BOOTSTRAP CSS I ONLY WANT NAVBAR WITH NAVBAR CSS

Didn't pay you because it was too high and I no longer need it and it was not a scam on you because you didn't send files and I didn't pay... Also you have to learn you have to get used to people asking to see before they buy it so they see if they want it.

Just because he didn't send any files doesn't mean you didn't potentially scam him. If the deal was that you would pay him for his work and he completed the task yet received no payment that is a scam. I'm not saying you did scam because I haven't seen any proof.

Furthermore, I don't know a single reputable developer that would show you what they've made for you before you even pay a penny. I think you need to get used to paying 50% up front and then paying the other 50% after seeing what the developer has made. Nobody would spend their time making something with the risk of you saying "I'm not paying you, bye".

You're looking for someone to do this free, by the looks of things. You've denied some quite reasonable offers for this project. If you're looking for free help, do not come on a MARKET website. I would recommend using http://stackoverflow.com, it's filled with really good developers and you can just submit your problem and have it answered in no time.
