NBTData Cauldron Plugin

I need a simple plugin that do me the following:

-With a command, gets nearby entities NBTData
-Search for strings (inside the entity) with the prefix 'encPl' and remove them. (There are entities with encPl0~encPl1500+ .
So i cant remove it one by one. -
Then save the entity's NBTData.

It MUST work with Cauldron (Forge and Bukkit)

It could work like:
OP Command
/cleanenc 50 (where 50 woud be the range)
return "Entity Clean" in chat
OR, it could work like:
OP Command
/cleanenc left click in entity to clean
return "Entity Clean" in chat


It's a PAID job.
