Why do we need this?
I doubt that many (if any) servers asking for staff would require and actually enforce an NDA. I don't think that it makes much sense for us to make a thread prefix for something that's never going to be used.
If a server is going to require an NDA, they can state it in their thread. A prefix is a bit overkill for this.
Also, just for future reference, please don't make a suggestion with "Title says it all" because it definitely does not say all. While your title may clearly communicate your suggestion, it doesn't communicate why you are making the suggestion. While it may not be a requirement to give a reason for your suggestion, it just makes sense, especially if you want people to support it.

Not needed, probably not even enforceable either. If you have an NDA just put it in the title like rocket said. I don't think I've ever seen a single server being sold that requires an NDA.
