"Client sends 50% of the down payment" lol what? Down payment means all at once. They pay the entire payment all at once but only 50%. Bit of a contradiction.

50% of the downpayment means half of the full payment. E.g. Clients build is $25 but he needs to send 50% of the downpayment. Downpayment = $25 divided by 2 = $12.5
