Need 1000x1000 Transferring to other world

Was unsure where to post this but I need someone to either tell me how or help me Transfer my spawn/warzone 1000x1000 from a flat ocean world to a standard mc world.

Not sure I am picking this up correctly.

Save your 1000x1000 as a schematic file.
Stop server
Delete world folder
Restart server
Load/paste in schematic

Try using MCEdit, if you are using a map up to 1.12, basically like huhnoway19 said.
