Need 100x100 Network Hub

Hello there MC Market, for a while my server EnderGames is in need of a massive Network Hub, as our old one was downloaded of the internet it have our server a bad impression. So our budget is low as we can pay $30+ so sorry if that's too low but we spent most of it on plugins for our Network.

Requirements:
We need some NPC places (Possibly 10)

A purple castle but make it look stone like, and inside it as a interior and you can explore.

A hidden parkour area next to the castle
A dock with a pirate ship which people can visit.

The spawn point prefably in front of the castle with the NPC's a bit forward of the castle then you spawn just a bit back but on a hot air balloon (of course purple)

Then we would like some trees and grassy areas around the castle and by the docks we want some space for people to roam and explore and try add some things for people do use when they are bored like some village houses to look in.

And for edges make the water dock area stretch around the edge of the map.
Please add some rocky hills next to th castle to make it look realistic.

And that's really it.
Quick question to people, may we add more places for NPC's when we add more games we will use the same style.
