Need 11 USD - paypal [SOLVED]

My mother doesn't trust a lot of sites I go on using her paypal so my online friend who I have known for years was taking all the money I got from my new plugin (qlutch)
Me nor him has spent any of the money in there but I was going to spend 11 USD on 2 games which were on sale. My friend was offline at the time and the games were only on sale for 3 more hours. I promised my mother my friend would pay her back so she paid and I got the games. My friend has blocked me and taken over 100 USD. I do not care about the money, I just need 11 USD for the games so my mother doesn't realize I got scammed. If she knew she would never let me go online or do what I do online ever again. Not looking for pitty, If you can't pay or don't care it's good. Pm me if you can and i'll give you the paypal email, I would appreciate it a lot and i'll give you a rep & vouch.

I'd recommend a loan. Maybe you can get the loan in time, then try to talk to your friend. If he's that much of a scum though, he shouldn't be your friend.

He isn't anymore and I dont think I get a loan because there is no guarantee I would make the money back then I would get a scam report then I'd be banned.
