need 3 Plugins

First one:
35% Head drop chance by killing a player/Mob
if the player die with his head dropped
the player will loss 20-50% of his cash
the killer can sell the mob/player heads using /heads command

Second one:
Looking for a plugin for factions
if you hover your mouse to the player name it will shows the player information like
Faction Leader name :
Faction Power:
Faction Members:
Faction Claimed land:
His Balance:

Third one:
a /msg or /r messager for players/staff
it will also allow staff to see what the players are typing/chatting

I don't think it's possible to view what players are typing, otherwise you can use essentials for /msg and /r.

You can probably find the other ones for free if you do a little searching.

You could DeluxeChat for the second one. You could also use it for the third one as well technically, or essentials, just use /socialspy. It is $7.50 on SpigotMC for DeluxeChat.
