Need $400 Opskins Buying With Paypal [$20 EXTRA FOR EXCHANGE]

So basically what my problem is I am banned from G2A Pay so I can't add funds with paypal.

And there is a paypal option for paypal on opskins but you have to be whitelisted which I can't do because I'm not 18 so I have no way to get whitelisted...
So basically what I'm asking here is. I will give someone money through paypal for them to buy the skins for me on opskins then they send it to me..

Rules with this tho.
Unless you have more rep then me, I will be sending the payment through goods and services.
If you have more rep then me I will send the payment through friends and family.



How it will work.
1. I send you the money, then you deposit the money into opskins, then you withdraw the knifes & skins i tell you to withdraw for me then you send it to me.


What will you get in return?
Once everything is done and if went smooth, I will send you $20 Friends and family.

I recommend setting up a new paypal with a vcc and go from there bcs you'll most likely get someone that will run with your cash.
