Need 50x50 small town Spawn

Im looking for a builder who wan build me a Small village spawn for a survival server, I do not need it to be big but I would like to to be nice and detailed. Please leave your cost estimates down below and I will make sure to contact each builder, and ask the portfolios in order to deside. It does not need to be 50x50 it could be bigger, but I do want it to be small not massive.

No, sorry im looking for something more village like, this more like faction spawn.

I can do this for you I have premade spawn and I can build also no problem. I am cheap and reliable Skype me at theepickiller01 portfolio in my signature. Will always finish it before the deadline and you won't have any trouble and you can ask Misaka I made a few big villages which were delivered before deadline and it is HQ
