Need 865x85 banner!

I currently help run a game called "TapTapAdventure" and we recently purchased a few ad banners, but we do not have a banner that fits these sizes. We are currently looking for someone to make us a banner that is 865x85. If you are willing to work with us and make this banner for $1-$2 or maybe even free that would be wonderful. Sorry we are on a limited budget and I believe we might have someone making the banner (not too sure on that).
