Need a 5x5 Chunk Faction Base!

Hi, I'm looking for a 5x5 chunk factions base (78x78 blocks due to the obsidian walls) and these are the requested specifics:

• 78x78 blocks
• 150-180 blocks tall
• Spawner Rooms: Iron Golem, Enderman, Creeper, Zombie Pigman (Make This The Biggest Spawner Room Because We Plan On Getting Hundreds Of Them), Cows, and Zombie/Skeleton/Spiders (those 3 can be together) and collection a room(s) for those
• A Blaze EXP Grinder Where The Blaze Go Into A 1x1 Hole Or A 2x2 Hole
• A Storage Area
• A Spawn/F Home Area
• And any extra room left, should be made into separate boxes (16x16, and 32x32)
• The Storage and F Home Can Be In The Same Room, But If In Different Rooms, Please Connect Them
• The Collection Room(s) Should Only Be Connected To Other Collection Rooms, Unless All Spawner Collections Are In One Room
• A Design For All Of It Except The Separate Boxes

I Would Like a Schematic For It All, And I am Willing To Negociate Prices And How To Do The Deal.
