I am looking to spend no more than 25-30$ max. As, I do not wanna tap into my bank account to much. So, before everyone starts to comment, that is not very much, there is my reason as to why I can not spend a ton of money. I have seen people make logos that should of costed 100+ and they only charged 10$. So, do not get mad that my budget is so low, if you think it is not enough, move on and find someone else willing to waste a ton of money. I feel that what I am asking of is quite simple compared to most Logos, and banners.
Now, I would like a banner, and a logo. Preferably a Hand Drawn Logo, and a PhotoShop Banner.
Banner needs to look something along the lines of this:

However, I want it to be the following "Features"
- Custom Plugins
- Vote Parties
- Awesome Staff

I want the name to be GhostPrison

- Feature 2 (Vote Parties)
- Feature 3 (Awesome Staff)

I have no idea what I want the ghost to look like, that is 100% up to whomever makes this for me. Now, You are not required to Hand draw the Letters etc.. However, I would prefer you to. So, the logo I want to look like this.

The Ghost will intertwine withe the letters etc... And, I want it all centered.
I would Also like the server name at the bottom, that can be done with photoshop, but make sure it fits in, and blends in
