Need an “advanced” ticket bot, the features are as follows:
May be a couple more things... Need this ASAP!
- ticket - opens a ticket, then starts a wizard that sends the details to #commissions, where freelancers can react to claim it.
- com - starts a wizard to manually send a commission to #commissions, where freelancers can claim it.
- hr - opens a hr ticket, then starts a wizard to find out what’s wrong.
- apply - opens an application ticket, then starts a wizard which asks a few questions.
- Hold - moves a ticket to the hold category.
- Finished - moves a ticket to the support category.
- Close <reason> - closes a ticket giving a 3 minute warning.
- Add - add a person to a ticket.
- Remove - remove a person from a ticket.
- Portfolio <freelancer> - view a freelancers portfolio.
- Set portfolio - set a portfolio (freelancer only).
- Review - starts a wizard that asks the following questions: 1. Amount of stars 2. Comment, then displays the answers in #reviews.
May be a couple more things... Need this ASAP!
