Need a budget gaming PC build ($400)

Henlo MCM,

I am looking for a budget gaming pc just to do things like browse the web, play CS:GO, watchdogs 2 on okay settings.

I have a budget of $400 and I already have things such as a monitor, keyboard, etc. Just need a pc.

Thank you so much, I know how to build pc's but I don't know how to pick out compatible parts and make good decisions

This is not the right place to look for a PC or purchase one.. you can easily get scammed and there is no protection.

I suggest Ebay, Amazon etc. be smart my dude.

Oh, apologies, you misunderstood. I'm looking for a build list like on pcpartpicker.com so I can order all the parts myself and build it.
