Need a build team! At least 5 builders!

Hi, today I will be looking for a group of builders that can build anything ranging from factions spawns, shops, arenas, koth's, all the way up to SkyWars maps.
The way this will all work is simple: Any customers we get, you'll make all of the profit. I will be not be profiting off of this in any way, although our builders will be. I will simply be the manager of the team, and will speak with any new customers, you will be the builders.

P.S: I am also willing to pay you money for custom builds that are for my server, although not for the ones for other customers.

If anyone is wondering what the purpose of this thread is, it's very simple.
I will be needing five builders, and already have two. I am requesting builders, however am not requesting any pre-made or non-exclusive builds in any way.
If you are a builder and would like to join the team, here are the requirements:
- Past experience as a builder
- Able to build for clients
- Are able to make many builds, ranging from points A to B.
- Are online and active often.

I will be clearing other questions in the following sections:

The curriculum of this team is quite simple. We will have a group chat on both Skype and Discord for our clients, in which the builders will also be able to talk to. I will not be the only one talking to clients, although I will be the first one to contact them. This is not in any way, shape, or form meant to be portrayed as a scam.

I highly doubt anyone would do this for free. And the builders cant talk to the client? Lmao you say your not going to make money but if the builders cant talk to the clients it sounds like your going behind their backs and taking payment.

The builders will be in the group chat with our clients. If the team, as a whole, builds a project or request from a client, they will receive the payment.
The client will ask our builders for their PayPal, or other way of payment, and will send the money to each individual builder who helped with the project requested by the client.
