Hello I like to stay that Element is a hardcore factions server we are currently looking for builders. We do have the money to pay our builders. we are looking for dedicated builders, builders that can perhaps have the build done by Today May 10th to May 11th. Considering that we've got a player that will be making a trailer for us and we need the builds asap. if you have any question please don't hesitate to contact me back thank you. We deleted all the files after you guys banned us, otherwise we wouldn't have done it.

Open a scam report here: http://www.mc-market.org/support/scam-reports/. Post your proof there, and the scam resolver will work it out between you. It will result in 1 of 3 things:
1. You getting your money (back?)
2. Him getting banned
3. Him getting declared innocent and the report being closed.
Since you've actually got the brains to show proof, unlike some of the false accusations I've seen on this site, you actually have a case.
